Almost two thirds of people who have purchased or sold a property in the past five years have experienced problems with their estate agent, new research by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) reveals. Poor communications skills – either not calling them back, or chasing them too much – was highlighted as the biggest compliant (sic) about estate agents, while around one in seven felt as though their agent did not care about them.
