Mould Doctor has been treating mould issues for over twenty years and have treated over 5500 properties successfully. We work with local authorities, housing associations, estate agents and landlords with offices in Lincolnshire, Kent and Yorkshire. 

We carry out internal and external surveys on properties to assess what exactly is causing the mould or damp problem. We use a combination of diagnostic equipment such as humidity and damp meters as well as thermal imaging camera software to provide a detailed technical report on the causes of the problems. In our report we specify what the problem is such as a structural defect or lifestyle contributors and our recommendations on how to rectify the problem.
